Whether you would like one on one training at Maggie's studio, one on one training at your home, or group training; Maggie offers an option to help you obtain your fitness or nutrition goals.  If you don't live in the Chicago land area take advantage of Maggie's expertise with her online training and nutrition plans.

Get the most out of my knowledge and the best workout with one on one personal training.  One on one personal training is great for beginners who don't know much about strength training or who struggle with keeping with a program.  Stay motivated and consistent with your own time slot.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Group Training is a great way to save money.  Feel free to get a group of 3 to 5 friends and come in to the studio gym to all train at once.

 Online Programs include a diet and exercise split along with weekly check-ins.

Do you struggle with gaining muscle or losing fat?  I have been there and have great knowledge in how to accomplish your goals.  Like all programs muscle growth and fat loss involve a specific diet and exercise program to get you where you want to be.
